Venture Videos wanted to improve the performance and discoverability of their website to support stronger search rankings and generate more inbound leads. With a content-rich site and large media assets, there were opportunities to optimise performance, accessibility, and the overall user experience across both mobile and desktop devices.

My role was to review the website from both a technical and UX perspective, identifying areas where performance, accessibility, and user journeys could be improved. Through image optimisation, accessibility improvements, and refinements to key navigation and conversion points, the goal was to create a faster, more accessible experience that supported improved SEO performance and increased lead generation.
